Designed and built by Carlo De Marchis — “A guy with a scarf”. The concept, the ranking-ordered card-film layout, the visual language and the interactions — the season films, the per-driver position traces, the self-playing lap-evolution timing tower — are my own. An alternative, more playful way to move through a Formula 1 season, told in my own style.
Every number and image here comes from official and open sources, and belongs entirely to them. Results, classifications, pit-stop data, circuit maps, driver & car imagery and race-highlights links are from Formula 1 (formula1.com) — property of the Formula One group. Lap-by-lap timing, positions and lap times come from jolpica-f1 (the community Ergast successor); safety-car & VSC data from OpenF1 (openf1.org). All of it is used here only to power this fan experience — the credit belongs to the rights-holders.
Designed and developed with Claude (Anthropic) — Claude Code for the build. A single self-contained page in vanilla JavaScript, hosted on GitHub Pages, with privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics.
This is an independent, non-commercial fan project. I made it purely for the love of Formula 1, of data-visualisation, and of interactive fan experiences on digital — as a way to show that there are alternative, engaging ways to tell a story on top of data and visuals that already exist, in one’s own style. I have no commercial intent whatsoever. “F1”, “FORMULA 1” and related marks are trademarks of the Formula One group; everything shown is the property of the respective rights-holders, used with respect and gratitude. If you hold the rights to anything here and would rather it wasn’t shown, just get in touch and I’ll take it down right away.
